I believe that everyone wish to be a rich guy. However, many of us still strive to find an easy way to become rich. Have you found your path yet?
This is MLM upline system.

Some of them will choose to involve in MLM, some of them will do internet business as well as traditional business.

A lot of people that have heard of network marketing mlm(multi level marketing) don't really know what it means and what it does, but they have heard that it can make them a lot of money.
Yesterday, my housemate told me how her MLM company works. She said that easy-pharmax is different compared to other MLM business because easy-pharmax is selling concept.

She said:” There is no member for easy-pharmax, we called them as business partner. They go by franchise concept.”

Besides that, she also mentioned that easy-pharmax predicted the future market will be BIOSCIENCE and E-commerce, that’s why they all focus on internet marketing and allow customer buy things online.

That’s how crazy this online thing could get. Everyone’s spending money online!
Anyhow, for me easy-pharmax still considered one of the MLM business, the different things is how do they package and brand themselves. Isn’t it?

I have many friends involved in MLM business but then none of them was successfully in that. Benson is one of my friend crazy on MLM business and his dream is getting rich. He had tried many MLM companies like Amway, NuSkin, Elken and so on. I would said that Benson is an innocent and ambitious person and he started MLM business in full time manner. In beginning, he was so hardworking to pursue his dream, visit friends everyday and bring them to event or talks. Some friends may bought product from him due to relationship and support him. Some will join as member become his downline. After a few year, Benson still can’t manage to build a strong and large group in MLM. Besides that, many friends also scared of him due to every visit he will promote the product and persuade into earning big money plan.

After a few years, we met in one coffee shop and chit chat for a while. Benson saying that he already quit from MLM company and now he started to do a 8 hour job.

I asked: “ Why do you quit? I thought all the while you prefer the flexible hour work? How come now totally change?”

Benson said: “Ya….after thinking realistic, i need to quit to provide security for my family. All kind of MLM businesses are the same. It is very hard to get through success path by doing MLM. Absolutely not an easy way.”

As a result, till now I still not believe on MLM business can easily get rich. Or maybe lot of people using the wrong method to approach people to buy or join as member. It could be one of the unsuccessfully point.

How is your thought on MLM business? Do you believe that MLM bring wealth for us?

What an amazing film to describe a truely story of famous abolitionist William Wilberforce in 18th century britain. "Amazing Grace" was named "Best Spiritual Film of 2008". While i watch the film in cinema yesterday for International Film Festival, i'm almost ran into tears after listening the film playing hymn 'Amazing Grace' at William Wiberforce's funeral.

It was a touching movie that i had ever seen. This film directed by Michael Apted about the campaign against the slave trade in 18th century Britain which led by William Wiberforce. William Wiberforce used his lifetime to get involved in campaign activities to take dangerous issues in British mainly to abolish those rules and legislative and he was persuaded by his friend William Pitt, Thomas Clarkson, Hannah More.

In other words, William Wiberforce's major contribution was steering anti-slave trade legislation through the British parliament about twenty years. We can realised that it is not an easy tasks to become a abolitionist, it was a long way to change it. Eventhough he felt exhausted, and frustrated that he was unable to change anything in the government, but William Wiberforce still keep his effort to continue flight against this. His wife Barbara also playing the important role to support and convince William Wiberforce in the tough way to steering anti-slave legislative for the rest of the years.

However, this film didn't show much on portraying black people and explore slavery from the black perspective. I would think that many of us like to know more about the reality behind.

Enjoy the below soundtrack in the film

Amazing Grace - LeAnn Rimes

Amazing grace! (how sweet the sound)
That sav’d a wretch like me!
I once was lost, but now am found,
Was blind, but now I see.
’Twas grace that taught my heart to fear,
And grace my fears reliev’d;
How precious did that grace appear,
The hour I first believ’d!

Thro’ many dangers, toils and snares,
I have already come;
’Tis grace has brought me safe thus far,
And grace will lead me home.

The Lord has promis’d good to me,
His word my hope secures;
He will my shield and portion be,
As long as life endures.

Yes, when this flesh and heart shall fail,
And mortal life shall cease;
I shall possess, within the veil,
A life of joy and peace.

The earth shall soon dissolve like snow,
The sun forbear to shine;
But God, who call’d me here below,
Will be forever mine.

Yesterday, Malaysia government announced the move to cut allowances and paid holidays for ministers and their deputies. They shouted out: “Government will hand in hand sharing burden with Rakyat due to the rising cost of living standard from food and fuel prices increases. “

Prime ministers Abdullah also claims that those training or courses should be conducting in the providing places and section facilities, instead of renting hotel or function room to conduct those activities. Besides that, government should undertake the saving procedures to reduce purchase the administrative items (Barang AM) like office equipment, stationery, printing machines and so on. On the other hand, they will malleable purchase fixed asset like furniture, computer and car.

Government announced to cut off 10% on their extra allowances. Totally cut off 2 billion.

It sounds like a huge amount, but when we think deeply this particular amount actually refers to entertainment allowance, paid holidays, oversea investigation, and hotel rental and so on for only 108 ministers. Is that those expenses 2 billion is too much for 108 ministers?

The following are the prime ministers and other deputies’ monthly allowances as follow:

Prime Minister: RM18865
Deputy Prime Minister: RM15015
Ministers: RM12320
Deputry Ministers: RM6000

Do you think that 10% cut off is too small percentage if compare to thousand billion “Rakyat” in Malaysia of the rising fuel and food prices with 40%?

One thing we must know is 40% increase on “Basic needs” whereas 10% reduce is “Wants”. Read below for further explanation on basic economic.

A need is something you have to have, something you can't do without.

A want is something you would like to have. It is not absolutely necessary, but it would be a good thing to have.

We all quite support government proposed to cut off 10% on their allowance, this is a good sign for malaysian as well. In other words, government cut off 10% definitely not enough. This wouldn’t alert them about the critical inflation and high living cost. Instead they should try to cut off even more on those unnecessary expenses such as 40% to 50%.

As Kalabakan MP Datuk Abdul Ghapur Salleh said that “It’s eyewash”. He said it did not make sense to limit paid holidays for ministers and their families to local and Asean countries as such destinations could still be as expensive.

It’s eyewash, says Kalabakan MP Datuk Abdul Ghapur Salleh of the move to cut allowances and paid holidays for ministers and their deputies.

“I believe that they should set a figure for paid holiday expenses and let the ministers, their deputies and families go anywhere they want but they should not be able to claim more than their fixed entitlement,” he said, explaining that the free passage should be a fixed holiday passage.

“It is not necessary to cut that allowance as it only translates to a few hundred ringgit,” “They are pulling wool over the eyes of the people to make it look like they are also cutting back and we do not see how this is going to bring down prices for the lower-income people.” Ghapur added.
Anyway, when I noticed ministers and other deputies allowances goes into what a huge amount (resources obtained from newspaper). I was so surprised and furious that government all the while spent too much on those unnecessary things. It sounds like money wasted especially is our “Rakyat” contribution money.

Happy Duanwu Festival or Dragon Boat Festival! 端午节快乐。

The Duanwu Festival is a Chinese traditional and statutory holiday, it falls on fifth day of the fifth month. In this year 2008, it falls on 8 June. It is a public holiday for China, Taiwan and some other asia countries as well. In english, we called it as "Dragon Boat Festival" because this festival is related to a sport - boat.

This day supposely is to commemorate death of poet, Qu Yuan. of the ancient state of Chu, in the Warring States Period of the Zhou Dynasty. Qu Yuan committed suicide by drowning himself in the Miluo River due to Qin has conquered the Chu capital. So that, people threw food (dumpling) into river to prevent Qu Yuan's body being eaten by fish.

Somehow, people today will prepare dumpling (zongzi in chinese) and racing dragon boat to commemorate death of poet, Qu Yuan.

I Love Dumpling

KUALA LUMPUR, Thursday – Pos Malaysia Berhad (PMB) today announced that in line with yesterday’s decision made by the Government on fuel subsidy, PMB has been appointed as the agent for disbursement of this subsidy to eligible vehicle owners. Eligible Malaysians can start to claim the subsidy at all 686 post offices countrywide effective on 1 July 2008.

As announced by the Government, vehicles with valid Road Tax from 1 April 2008 until 31 March 2009 are entitled for the annual subsidy. Owners of cars up to 2,000 cc as well as pick-up trucks and jeeps up to 2,500 cc will receive RM625 for each vehicle. Motorcycles up to 250 cc will receive RM150 each.

Vehicle owners who come personally to make the claim at post offices shall be paid in cash. Those who appoint third parties to claim on their behalf shall receive the Money Order that will be mailed directly to the owner’s address that is furnished to PMB when making the claim.

A day after the new fuel subsidy scheme has been announced, lots of people felt disaffection and totally affected the "Rakyat" living standard.

While government announced that a cash rebate RM625 will be given to a car with capacity less than 2000cc moment, have you ever think that the new fuel subsidy scheme is in doubt? Maybe the new fuel subsidy scheme was not clearly explained that day, quite a number of questions flying around me.

If let say Uncle Peter got many many cars in house, but most of the cars are not usable all the time since the cars life considered old and not capable (refer to the above images). However with the new fuel subsidy scheme implemented now, believe that Uncle Peter will gained RM625 per car. Totally earned RM1250. Wow......Uncle Peter even not need to buy any petrol but still can enjoy the subsidy.

Can you imagine that? Go and buy the old car now......you will become rich with the new fuel subsidy scheme. Why not?
Somemore, with this new fuel subsidy scheme, how to verify the eligible vehicle owners?
I just worry those "phantom" eligible vehicle owners come to reimburse the claims since our government still haven't a sophisticated system to indicate yet.

Lots of western people like Chinese Kung Fu very much! They like marial art as well as chinese culture.

As a chinese, i proud of this and i love kung fu too. Especially is well known Bruce Lee, Jacky Chan and Jet Li.

Quite a number of Kung Fu animated film have been produced recently. The coming new movie will be "Kung Fu Panda". As saw the movie trailer and making process, i strongly believe that this is a comedy and funny animated film.

Kung Fu Panda , one of the animated film in year 2008. The story all about a panda wants to learn marial art to flight with enermies. Panda character is laziest and fattiest Po who as an apprentice noodle-maker and Kung Fu fanatic. It was a coincidence that Po is choosen to seize on Evil warrior Tai Lung who has escape from prison. Then, Kung Fu master is assigned to help Po to complete this important task.

Although this is a animated film, but the producer has invited so many pop celebrities to present their wonderful voice on those character.

The main cast are as follows:
Jack Black - Po
Dustin Hoffman - Sifu
Angelina Jolie - Tiger
Ian McShane - Tai Lung
Jackie Chan - Monkey

The dubbing process is not that easy process because they have to imaging the sceen and situation of the photography.

The background, music, sound that incorporated in are very important in any of the animated film. Certainly the producer DreamWorks Animation has done a good production. I believe that Kung Fu Panda would be a animated film that suitable for kid and whole family enjoy it.

Abdullah government will raise the fuel price according to international market and announce a new fuel subsidy which will take effective on 5th June 2008.

All the while, Malaysian having the petrol subsidy from goverment which currently RM1:90 per litre. "From August onwards, the feul price will be raise up and the provision that subsidies should still be enjoyed by Malaysians not ont he basis of use but on the basis on need." Suggested by Finance minister.

However, the suggestion still haven't finalise yet because it is quite difficult to define a fair and perfect schema for subsidy. Some rumor of the subsidy is based on the income, higer income group will entitle less subsidy whereas lower income groups will entitle more subsidy.

Some rumor on car basis. Big car for less subsidy, small car for more subsidy. From the above two suggestion, we can know that this could be bring benefits to lower-income group. Many judgement spreading here and there.

According to feul price raising plan, one of the main purpose is to ban the genius visitors or tourists are filling up at local stations and then turn back. They ban on the sale of fuel to foreign-registered cars in the northern border towns as you know recently most of the country have been affected by the oil and gas price raise issue.

Anyway, as a Malaysian we hope that the new implementation will bring benefits to both way either government or public.

As a the finalise result, Adullah anounced the new feul scheme just now (4th June 2008). Adullah anounced the petrol price hike up to 40% from RM1.92 to RM2.70. Those car with capacity less than 2000cc will have cash rebate RM625 per year, this is effective from July.

See how do Malaysia driver's reaction on petrol price hike

"I'm not happy about the way the Chinese are treating the Tibetans… and then all this earthquake and all this stuff happened, and I thought, is that karma?" says Sharon Stone

This was saying by 50 year-old American actress Sharon Stone. Not surprise at all, she has clearly succeeded to make attention from everywhere of the world especially is Chinese and kindness people. Even though Sharon Stone has apologised through an official statement over her shocking comments about the earthquake. It seems her regrets are too late, Dior have dropped Ms Stone from all of their advertisements, marketing campaigns and commercial activities in China... perhaps this is bad Karma?

Her words hurt the victims and everyone saddened by the tragedy. Is Sharon Stone too smart or stupid? Even a criticize word speaks out by a 50-year-old woman without considering the Si-Chuan China earthquake situation? In Chinese say: 祸从口出 means “disaster emanates from careless talks”.

The following video is Sharon Stone in caught in drama as she calls china's recent earthquake a cause of bad karma.

Apparently, Sharon Stone learnt her basic lesson when she is 50-year-old. Perhaps Ms. Sharon can do it better in the coming years. Anyhow, no matter how deeply regrets is Ms Sharon, the careless or innocent remarks has been chopped at everyone mind. China is a strongly united country, the power and force can’t be hostile. Sharon Stone will be refused by China market for any TV show, advertisement, marketing campaigns and commercial activities. The fact can’t be change anymore.

Yesterday I watched Ah Long Pte Ltd (In Chinese: 老师嫁老大)at home, this is a comedy film directed by Singaporean Director Jack Neo and starred by Fann Wong, Mark Lee, Richard Lim and some Malaysia actors. In this story, it tells the money-lending business and how to improve the Ah Long images without any violence towards debtors. Some more also revealed that Ah Long is "kind and caring" loan sharks as well, all the while most people think that loan sharks are "heartless and evil", there was found that not true at all.

However, the solution that presented by this movie still can’t be implementing in this reality world. This is because those debtors won’t pay back the money to loan sharks easily if there is not violence or regulation performed. What can we say? All is people natural character.

Certain numbers of debtors are not capable to return back money to loan sharks. As a result, some “Smart” debtors got lost or ran to a safer place to hide themselves and start a new life. Yet, there are still a few of “Good” debtors didn’t do that but willingly being punished by loan sharks. I can’t realize that why people today like to lend money from Ah long instead of Bank. Maybe due to low interest and some illegal issues. If you lend from bank and not able to return back the worst outcome will be declared as bankrupt. Furthermore, you also do not need to live as a mouse hiding here and there.

As an incident happened at Kuala Lumpur recently. After Ah Long mob failed to chase for money, they imposed punishments to sexual abuse a 51-year-old woman.
She was overpowered by three men near her office, who took turns to stick their middle finger into her vagina. That was, however, only the beginning of her harrowing ordeal. The aunty has been lending from loan shark for 3 times already due to bad gambling behavior and business turnover issues. First was RM35000, second times was RM21000, this time is RM19000. She claimed that not expected the loan shark conducted this kind of punishments on her. The worst thing is this aunty has sought help three times. She not only didn’t converts to new life according to the previous experience but still continuously lending from Ah Long.

For my opinion, Ah Long mob shouldn’t be carried out these kinds of punishments on this woman. That punishment consists of sexual abuse and harmful to human body, it will bring a lot of side-effect to the victim. Ah Long can warning the debtors to return money instead of proceeding the violence.

Another things I couldn’t understand why people like to lend from Ah long/loan shark but they unwilling to return back. I think they should bear the consequences of it. Who ask them lend money from Ah Long?
